Application Fee: $75 per applicant, non-refundable
Reservation Fee: $200, applied to the first month's rent and refundable if canceled within 72 hours or if the application is denied.
Administrative Fee: $200
Security Deposit: We utilize The Guarantors, a surety bond, in place of a cash security deposit. The amount of the surety bond is based on application approval level and generally ranges between $100-$1500, determined by a soft-credit check.
Amenity Fee: $150 Due at Move-In.
Pet Fee: A one-time non-refundable $300 pet fee, with a monthly pet rent of $50 for one pet, or $75 for two pets.
Parking: Free
Utilities: Water ranges from $45 to $85 based on apartment size, trash is $30, and pest control is $5 all are monthly. Electricity and gas are billed separately by the residents.
Upfront Payment: All fees must be paid upfront for move-in, including the application fee, reservation fee, first month's rent, and deposit.
